- Lead key services as the worship leader, ensuring a spirit-filled, high-quality experience that helps people engage in worship and express their faith through song and experience.
- Lead, manage, and grow a volunteer team, including vocalists and musicians, working to ensure they fit Trinity’s culture while developing them as artists and followers of Christ.
- Collaborate with the Worship Director, the Music Director, and key stakeholders to help plan, orchestrate, and execute worship services, including, but not limited to, weekend services, Real Men, Real Women, and Students.
- Be a key voice in Trinity Music and its development under the vision of Pastor Mark Driscoll and the direction of the Worship Director

Coordinator Expectations
- Professionally manage and lead an area of oversight on behalf of an overseeing Pastor or Director while keeping them informed of progress so they can be confident it is managed well.
- Recruit and train volunteers as needed to fill any roles that can be done by a volunteer.
- Be thorough so people, action items, and safety issues are not missed.
