Hospitality Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead and oversee the execution of the Hospitality and Dry Bones Coffee teams both behind the scenes and on weekends to ensure a warm, welcoming environment for our church family.
2. Create and maintain a welcoming and joyful environment at each church-wide experience to create "Kingdom Quality" hospitality from street to seat.
3. Recruit, train, support, and coach volunteers, assisting them to reach their full leadership potential in order to increase the reach within the Hospitality and Dry Bones Coffee ministries.
4. Lead, oversee, and work alongside volunteer teams, as well as coordinating with vendors, to manage orders, track inventory, and maintain sufficient supply levels for Hospitality and Dry Bones Coffee ministries.
5. Maintain and manage a large monthly budget without overages.
6. Schedule and organize volunteer teams for multiple ongoing church services and events.
7. Coordinate and schedule with local companies to provide food and beverage service for church attendees after church events (i.e. Food Trucks).
8. Maintain and oversee compliance for local and state food handling regulations across all areas within church ministry.
9. Oversee ordering and food service for church related classes and trainings (i.e. Trinity 101).
10. Oversee routine cleaning of food serving areas across multiple campuses (Church, Cafe, Dry Bones Airstream, etc.).
11. Work with fellow individuals and teams for unity, efficiency, and overall successful.
Preferred Skills and Experience
1. Prior experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, or a related field.
2. Prior experience managing a large budget for a company or organization.
3. Detail oriented, has an eye for numbers and managing inventory.
4. Can demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. Proactive and self-motivated to complete tasks and projects ahead of time.
6. Manager-level food handling certificate (or the ability to obtain one).

A Hospitality and Dry Bones Coffee Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and church members, coordinating amenities like food and beverage service, often handling event support, and developing and implementing hospitality plans to enhance the overall church experience.
